Getting started
How do I join Mission Rewards?
Simply create an account on our website – you'll receive 500 points just for signing up.
Do I need to sign up again to keep earning rewards?
Yes, you have to create a new account with the same email address to be able to login and redeem or collect points. Your legacy points will be saved against your email.
How do I see my current wallet balance and points?
Log into your account and click the ‘Rewards’ button on the bottom of the site. You’ll your points. Wallet balances has been converted to the new point system.
Earning & redeeming
How do I earn points?
Earn 2 points for every $1 you spend, plus bonuses for actions like following us on social media, referring friends, and celebrating milestones.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem them for discounts directly. Simply click on the "Reward" button at the bottom of the website, and redeem – $1 off for every 10 points.
Do my points expire?
Yes – points expire 12 months after they are earned, so be sure to redeem them in time.
Can I use rewards on all products?
Rewards can be used on most wine purchases, but some exclusions may apply during promotions or on limited-edition releases. Excludes restaurant vouchers or any restaurant spent.
What happens if my friend doesn’t complete a purchase?
Your referral reward is only issued once your friend places and completes their first order.
Can I earn Mission Rewards at the Mission Restaurant or Concert?
No, Mission Rewards cannot be accrued or earned in the Mission Restaurant or Concert.

We’ve made it simpler! No more tiers – just easy-to-earn points, exclusive perks, and a more straightforward way to redeem rewards.
What happened to my wallet balance from the old rewards programme?
Your wallet balance has been converted to points of the same value and saved against your email address. To continue to earn or redeem points, you must create an account using the same email. Then login to our new rewards programme and proceed from there.
Why did you remove the tier system?
We listened to customer feedback and found that the old tier system felt a bit complicated and slow to reward. The new Mission Rewards programme is designed to be simpler, more transparent, and more rewarding from the start — so you can enjoy benefits sooner, without needing to climb levels.
